There are so many things need to improve. 1) no button to cancel order. I accidentally made order on pickup at store and then created one more for delivery but I can’t cancel first one because there is no button. 2) order created must be green colored tip, not gray color because when I saw grey colored tag on my order in lost I thought it was canceled and created one more order and only after found out that there was word “created” not “canceled”3) add chat to support for quick chat aboit order or any problem, or at least link to chat in Line. Support will be able to use translator to speak with any languages about customer issue. 4) I added few items that was with “get 1 , get 1 free) and this information was under every product of this brand. But when I added these 2nd free Items they were counted full price, so why you show that it’s free then? You need to check this part of app to fix it. 5) when I make delivery order and chose pay at delivery, add information how can I pay: by cash, by TrueMoney, by card etc. how can I know what type of payment you allow. Thanks!
Frustrating Login Process – Not User-Friendly at All

I’m really disappointed with this app. Every single time I want to log in, it forces me to enter my phone number and wait for an OTP. There’s no option to stay logged in or even use a password—it’s OTP every single time. This makes the whole experience slow, inconvenient, and honestly not worth the hassle, especially when I just want to quickly check something or place a quick order. Other apps manage to balance security and convenience much better. Until they fix this, I’m avoiding it.
