I have only one issue… I am the risk manager for a hospital and to be able to use this app for work meetings I need to know that recordings and summaries are not stored on your servers, and that the app is compliant with the HIPAA standard, otherwise I would be committing a crime every time i used this app and a patient’s name was mentioned in the meeting. Other apps like this advertise HIPAA compliance in their description. Look into it, because this app is exactly right. In a sea of similar apps this one does exactly what I need it to. It’s uncanny how it can identify speakers by name purely from listening to the recording. Just press record and then forget it - interact in the meeting without needing to take notes, then when the meeting is done you get a perfect summary, nicely formatted, and concise. It does exactly what it says without asking me to sign up for a premium membership. Love the app so far!Update***Still loving the app and the breakdown of the information is so strategic and on point. I’ve been telling all my counterparts about the app. I believe Teams has Co-pilot to do this, but we can’t use it so this is a breath of fresh air 😁

The AI itself is an interesting and potentially useful tool, but the whole concept is completely ruined because it forces you to login with a federated Microsoft or Google ID, and then invites itself to join every meeting on your Microsoft or Google calendar. This has the side effect of jumbling all your personal meetings and work meetings into one account where everything is saved and accessible by your coworkers. (Maybe I don’t want my coworkers to access a recording of me chatting g with my kids, you know?) Once you discover this problem and try to migrate the account to a separate ID, it requires a manual human assisted migration process which raises a whole additional host of problems and errors. Now I have one random jumble of personal and business recordings on one account and another whole random jumble of other personal and business meetings on another account. I stupidly paid for a full year of the tool in advance because I was dazzled by the AI features the first few times I tried it. Don’t make that mistake, sample this clunky service for a few months at the monthly rate first before you commit. Better yet, look elsewhere for your meeting AI tool. (Microsoft teams is slowly adding copilot features that do everything this tool does anyway.)

Had a meeting where a few managers attempted to rewrite reality blaming me for a fictional narrative that didn’t exist. Thankfully, Fireflies AI was there to provide a transcript and voice recording with consent of the meeting. My attorney was able to initiate the Beatdown exposing the managers for the Frauds they are thanks to Fireflies. Do not go into ANY meeting without this tool. God Bless 🙏🏽
