Recitation 3.0 brings many new features and bug fixes. Without mentioning all of them, here are the highlights: New Features - The month view is here. Tap the month or year to bring up the month view - Selecting colors has never been easier - check out our new color palettes - Don't love the opacity? You can now modify the opacity for completed and pending tasks - Edit information for recurring tasks - Custom break times for pomodoro timer - New week view and month view widgets - Week view statistics widgets Bug Fixes & Other Improvements - We've adapted Recitation to look good with any color, even in both light & dark mode - Fixed issues with custom reminders - Fixed issue where you couldn't remove a tag from a task - Fixed widget crashing ... and so much more. Redesigned Detail View: - Collapse unnecessary task details. - Subtask list is more clear. Subtask Functionality: - Subtasks can now be assigned a due date. - Subtasks with due dates will show up in your upcoming tasks view. UI Visibility: - Some text will now automatically adjust between black/white based on the color behind it. This should greatly enhance visibility of tag text specifically. Bug Fixes: - Scrolling between days occasionally didn't update the week above - this has been fixed. - A bug when tapping the month to return to the current date has been fixed.

Official iOS 18 support for Recitation is here! - WatchOS is now finally supported. Check your class schedule, view your daily tasks, and check what's coming up all from your wrist. - Control Center widgets have arrived for iOS 18. Create a task and view your upcoming assignments straight from your lock screen or the control center. We're excited to bring even more functionality in later updates. Stay tuned!

Advanced Class Scheduling is here: Recitation now supports classes that meet at different times throughout the week. Create a new class or head to previous classes to switch to an advanced schedule. Advanced schedules also work with My Day and class schedule live activities. - Long press week view cells to add tasks on that day - Minor UI fixes

- Fixed MyDay issue where Recitations and Labs wouldn't appear (this is also fixed for class-schedule live activities) - Due to the above fix, some slight UI changes for indicating whether a class is a class, recitation, or lab - Fixed some crashes

Recitation's new navigation is here - swipe between days & weeks on both the day view and the week view. If you get lost swiping, just tap the month in the top left to return to the current day. Minor bug fixes and optimizations to the upcoming view.
