When I sign in if the Face ID failed the app will automatically change the default sign in option to pin then I have to go to the settings to change it to biometric and that’s so annoying please fix it.

I have been using Abyssinia online banking for a year. It is so frustrating and ridiculous amount of waste of time with the business. Their system is not working at all. Local small business works better than them.I was planning to send money for someone with the other bank , but I couldn’t. I have been trying for two weeks. Imagine this situation is an emergency situation. Mind you, this frustration happened 10+ times for the past six months. If you want to save your self from any headache, please don’t deal with such kind of business. Their app and online banking service is nothing but useless!

I was having difficulty accessing the previous BOA’s mobile banking application since it doesn’t login in time and just presents blank page. And I have heard many of your customers complaining about the same problem I was having. But currently I loved your new app. Thank you for making the new app easier to access!

From a Bank that supposedly has a “good reputation” , I never expected such an unprofessional service . Mobile Banking is a very necessary platform nowadays but Abyssinia Bank has been lacking in this area for more than a year now . I have downloaded the newer Boa app but it has crashed once again after a couple of weeks . I have given up on Boa mobile banking service now , never again will I put myself through such frustration !
