Money was taken from me but I wasn't credited the gems I purchased. I bought the "limited time bulk package" for x500 gems @$4.99. The money was shown to be taken from my Apple account but they were not credited to me. I tried "restore purchase" 3 to 4 times and still nothing. I then tried the help center where you're presented with two options to choose from, but also a search bar that says "describe your problem" - so I type "purchase" then "gems" and NOTHING. I was constantly shown a screen that says "No FAQs found" but also "Need more help?" and "contact us". Once pressing this you're then taken to a "customer service" screen where I assume you're supposed to receive help. Just like previously I explained that I had not been credited my gems and NO RESPONSE! So buyers beware!!!! Be careful when purchasing things, money can be taken from you and it seems there is nothing to be done about it! Nor any avenues for real help with the game.

Event Question - Restaurant Map

I loveeee this game and spend a lot of time on it! I’ve had a lot of fun so far. I do have a question about the restaurants when it’s event time…is there a way we could continue regular gameplay after we finish events? I completed the Autumn event and want to return to the regular game play but don’t know if there’s an option for that. Is there a way to go back to my other restaurants or do I have to wait until the event is over? This game is awesome!

Really enjoy this game for the most part and play it every day. That being said I hate the new card collecting system. The players now get a LOT fewer rewards both in their guild leveling, and events. We used to get more diamonds to spend on upgrades we actually want. Now we collect cards to get pretty lame prizes and maybe eventually some diamonds. I don’t really like when games introduce new things that decrease value for the players. I don’t care at all about this card collector thing and I wish they’d get rid of it. I’m sure they thought it would encourage us to spend more money on diamonds but instead it’s encouraging me to look for a different game. I do spend a little money on this game now but probably won’t in the future. It’s hard enough to progress and upgrade equipment already.

This game is addictive. I play it more than I be on instagram. I notice it takes a lot of my time when I be tryna collect legendary and ultimate items. I just wish the teams has a chat option to communicate with ur team members. I feel like there could be some updates to add. * communication board ( communication with your team member.* share or trade. ( share or trade items that you need; that’s your team member might have.) * more diamonds. ( instead of 6 diamonds. When you constantly upgrading the diamond box why can’t u get more than just 6? Why can’t u get atleast up to 10 diamonds?)* Gear box ( less commons more rare , or even epic items)all the other stuff can be extra. But the communication board and the trading options would be great. Like u can savage items on ur team however sometimes your other member don’t contribute. And it’s annoying wen i don’t get pass club rewards 13 because it be like 4 people contributing out of 10.
