Rating: ★★★★★Before discovering Go Access, managing entry to our gated community was a constant headache. The previous system was clunky, unreliable, and frustrating for both residents and visitors. It was an outdated method that often led to long waits, malfunctioning equipment, and a barrage of complaints. However, since switching to Go Access, the difference is like night and day. This app is a breath of fresh air in gate management technology. Its user-friendly interface allows residents to easily manage access for themselves and their visitors. The setup was a breeze, and I was impressed by how intuitive the app is.What really stands out is the reliability of Go Access. Gone are the days of malfunctioning entry systems. Now, entry and exit are seamless experiences. Visitors appreciate the simplicity of gaining access, and residents love the control and ease it provides. It’s not just an app; it’s a complete overhaul of our gate management system, bringing us into the modern age with style and efficiency.I highly recommend Go Access to anyone looking for a hassle-free, secure, and efficient gate management solution. It’s a five-star app that has transformed our gated community experience for the better.

The system is just being implemented in my community and we experienced small issues when creating the profiles for my household members. I wrote to customer service and it was resolved in less than 12 hours. Valery was extremely efficient and polite and fixed everything. Very satisfied with the service. Will expand when we start using the service.

This app is dead simple to use and does exactly what I need. When managing this kind of stuff, I want to be in and out quickly without hassle and time wasted figuring out how to do something in the app. This product is much better than every competitor I’ve used.

My family and I have loved the switch over to GoAccess for our gate security app. It is so easy to use and the team at GoAccess has been so helpful with the transition and helping answer our questions!
