The Nandemo Notes App is for organizing and sharing everything in your business and personal life. Your information is secured in a manner that is intended to prevent even the most potent adversaries (including governments) from ever gaining access to your information. By combining current U.S. state-of-the-art, military-grade encryption standards with our own proprietary encryption specifically designed to be quantum-safe, we protect your data on your devices and on our servers. Our zero-trust implementation helps ensure that no one (including us) has access to your information other than you and those you selectively share with. For even greater security, you can padlock your most sensitive information to doubly encrypt content (e.g., in case someone obtains your device and has its password). These padlocked notes can also be shared. Padlocking protects your Note and all attachments to your Notes.
What sets us apart (beyond security) is our ability to search and organize your information for instant access to what you need when you need it:
• For organization, the Nandemo App enables the creation of a hierarchical Category structure far superior to nested folders
• Tag Notes with Keywords to instantly pull Notes together that might be dispersed across categories and sub-categories
• Powerful Preview screen that enables you to organise (sort) Notes by Title, Modification Date, or by a Custom order either within Category/Sub-category or outside of Categories
• Search for any word across all Notes. Use advanced search options that enable limiting results to those modified or created within any date range.
Sharing:
* Internal Sharing: Share your Notes and attachments to Notes securely. Choose whether the people you share with can:
• Edit your Note or have read-only access
• Externally share the contents of your Note (see “External Sharing” below)
• Receive History/past versions (if History is On for the Note – see ahead)
* External Sharing: The owner of a Note, and, with owner's permission, those the owner shares a Note internally with, may export the Note to others via email, iMsg, Air drop or any of the standard methods Apple provides. (Obviously, exported Notes are not within the App’s control.)
* Conflicts (where 2 people change their copy of a Note without syncing to server) are handled by providing the option to the user who syncs later to keep their changes as a separate Note (so that their changes are not lost).
History and Versioning:
For those Notes where past revisions are important (and especially so that no versions are lost when you are sharing with others), we offer among the most sophisticated history and versioning capabilities.
* Turn History on for any Note where History/Versioning is important (either when the Note is created or later).
* Every “save” by any user or device becomes a new version.
* Enables rapid deletion of prior versions that are not meaningful.
* Enables making any past version the latest version (by copying it forward).
Incredible usability and flexibility: (Just some examples)
* Preview screen:
• Choose Category or Classic View and choose your sort order within these views – even customise the order your Notes appear in.
• In Preferences: Set the number of lines of content from each Note that are displayed in the Preview Screen.
• In Preferences: Decide whether empty Categories/Sub-Categories are visible.
* Editing Preferences: Choose default fonts for your Title and Body of your Note.
