For now, customers can view month to month history of their accounts via My Usage and the detailed statement information is available by selecting the specific statement you would like to review via the Billing screen. We are sorry to hear that the Face ID feature added frustration to your experience, the intention was for ease of flow and has been positively received overall. And, we agree it is not easy to find details on how to make a payment via credit card. This can be done via the Help & Options button, and is not easy to locate! Hello Ryzy1,[Sep 21, 2024] Thank you for your feedback.We have created a work task for our developers to provide a "download PDF" option for any of the bills, so that you could import a bill into your Notes app.We will also be looking at a "Share" feature so that you have the option to share a bill with any of the compatible apps in your phone, including email.We will let you know once this feature has been implemented.Thank you for your patience.[Jan 13, 2025] UPDATE: Hi Ryzy1, We wanted to let you know that the feature to download/share bills has been added in the mobile app. Depending on your device type, you could either achieve this via gestures (swiping left/right on any of the individual bills in the Statements screen) or open to view a bill and press the share button in the top-right corner of the screen.
