i’ve tried to get Customer Service support for this app, but clearly it’s just a sham company. We are using it for a ceiling fan with a light that we got from Lowe’s. If one of us has control of the fan, the other one cannot control the fan or light. I can delete the fan if I can’t control it and re-add it then I can control it and then the other person cannot. Waste of time. Scam, clearly.

It’s hardly functional at allI have one of those smart nightstands and all I wanna do is dim the thing so that I’m not blinding myself while I’m trying to fall asleep but then it just gets brighter in five minutes. This app does very little and is basically useless.

It works, it does control your fan. However, it does only allow one connection at a time. I can use the remote the device came with, while my girlfriend uses the app, but it should be able to be controlled by multiple sources.
