I love the Mission Rise app! It’s easy to navigate, amazing workouts, a library you can access 100’s of workouts from and I can easily mirror the workout on my TV so it makes it feel like Steph is in my living room with me doing the workout! If I find a workout I really like I can favorite it and it can be added to my folder of workouts I really love and can repeat again. I’m a big fan of music when working out and Steph also has the best playlists to workout to! The Mission Rise community is amazing. Women working out from all over supporting each other and cheering one another on! There’s truly nothing like it!

I have been with mission rise for almost 4 years and can’t recommend this program enough! After having my second child I knew I wanted to take care of my body and mental health by working out by the gym was no accessible in this season.I am so grateful I came across Stephanie’s program!!If you need a cheerleader in your life and proof 20 mins a day to put your health first is doable mission rise is for you.I have found working out from home has kept me more consistent than I ever was before especially with the busyness of being a mom of young children and balancing life.

Absolutely love mission rise! This has been the most efficient and effective workout program I have ever done! As a 42 year full time working mom and wife I need efficient workouts that work! And going to the gym doesn’t fit my schedule! Been a member of mission rise for almost 5 years and this is the longest I’ve stuck to a program! Different every day so keeps it fun and exciting! And I’m sore after almost every workout - which means it’s working. Love it! Would recommend 10 out of 10!
