This app has been life changing! I was using another platform before and something was always missing. Even though they promoted the things that I needed, I never fully got them. When I started with Made4, I was skeptical because I had tried so many other platforms waiting for the right one to just slick. I was BLOWN away by Idalis and Megan and this app. It has the community, the support, nutrition and the workouts. I’ve been working out for 30-60 mins everyday for about 5 years now and these workouts feel AMAZING on my body, my mind, my muscles and most importantly my confidence. They have just the right prompts about form, they show all the modifications possible and they ALWAYS encourage you. They are both always available for questions/concerns and will respond via instagram, email, and Facebook. My biggest need was having the balance of pushing myself but not over doing it. Hearing Idalis & Megan say that it’s okay to rest, to add a rest day, to make the workout schedule work for you, to still enjoy life but make healthier swaps, to stop obsessing over the all or nothing mindset has been amazing. I’ve struggled to find the balance, I always tried to make my life fit the program and not the program and nutrition fit my life. This platform is helping me do that, slowly but surely! I cannot thank them enough for creating this. Please, do yourself a favor and give it a try! ♥️

Made4 has been such an incredible tool in my wellness journey. The workouts are fun, effective, and easy to follow—no gym required! If you are on the fence on whether to get this app or not don’t do it. The app itself isn’t that user friendly. The workouts are awful! The only real instruction they ever give is to lift to muscle failure anywhere from 6-30 reps and they don’t give a pace. So if you like following the trainer it is not helpful. I paid for the entire year because I had previously done their workouts when they were with another company and they were great but this is not. If you are thinking of getting the year for their nutrition guide it’s not worth it. I did the workouts for a week and tried three different trainers and it was all the same format. After a week and me realizing this wasn’t what I expected I reached out to see if I could get my money back minus a month because I had used it and they bluntly told me no. I have tried a few more workouts done in hopes that I could find one good thing about it and I haven’t been able to.

This platform has been the biggest breath of fresh air at just the right time in my life. The bank of knowledge that I’ve acquired over the last several months will forever change my outlook and progress with my fitness & nutrition. I’m pushing myself harder than I have in ten years & my body feels amazing. I’m not hurting and sore every single day which is great! The interaction with Megan and Idalis has been very fun and educational. Way to go, ladies! You’ve got something great here at Made4!!
