The app keeps logging me out, which is very annoying.I suggest keeping user logged in as a default for at least the main device of the app user. This will increase efficiency as it saves the users’ time and the time of bus takers who might need to wait for an app user who is randomly logged out to log back in and scan a ticket.

This app works fine lately. It seems to keep me logged in now. It’s dumb that the pass you activate expires in 5 minutes. Why??? Just let us ride multiple buses for like 45 minutes or something like most other cities. Yesterday my pass expired because the bus was late and i had to activate a second one.

All it does is lag. It is not user friendly at all and feels like something that was created in the early 2000’s, yall can do so much better
