Being an ole Man who enjoys the Walks I am able to do with my cane 🦯 is important to me. So knowing what the weather is like and knowing that the app is accurate! This app is really Designed and it shows where the Developers have put a great deal of time hard work sweat and yes love into the coding of this software. A software that is designed for you myself and our family. Yes the app gives us the amounts of Rain so for me keeps me out of the Rain Puddles! So if you taken the time in your busy schedule to read this I hope you will download this Outstanding Unique Design App, and give it a try. What do you have to loose? ( nothing really ) I would like to add I have learned something from this app and being an ole Man that is hard to do “ ask my wife “ anyway Thanks Mr. Developer for putting out this App so an ole man could go WOW! I am a self proclaimed weather nerd and this app hits the spot. I love how you can pinpoint an exact location and then are able to get precise information. We have a family cabin on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe in Tahoma. Not quite lake level but not too much higher. The location its own little micro climate. When snow is forecasted it’s impossible to know with any accuracy how much has fallen (if any) or will fall which makes heading to the cabin in the winter a bit unpredictable. cabin has received. Since none of us are lucky enough to live in Tahoe knowing just how much snow has fallen gives us an idea of how much shoveling we’ll need to do to access the cabin. Yes, this probably seems like a strange use of the app, but seriously it’s a winter game changer for all of us!

My iPhone weather app has never been reliable-it can be pouring down rain for hours and the next day the app will say we received- .01. It rarely matches with my rain monitor so I downloaded PRECIP and wow I have been so happy. The accuracy is amazing. The developer is also very helpful when I had a question. This is a must have if you need more accurate data to farm, garden or inform your family or friends (everyone loves to talk about the weather, right!). I have only used the free portion but after my surgery and I can go back to work, I intend to get the full version.

The precipitation amounts are no doubt not completely accurate but they were close enough that watching the amount of rain in various locations that flow into our river helped us know we needed to take action to prepare for flooding, more that any other resource we have found. We were able to get everything out of the lower level of our house in time to avoid losing anything and to make cleanup easier. I highly recommend this!
