This app is for everyone! Whether you’re a vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian, or a full-on carnivore, eating a variety of plants benefits everyone. The goal is simple: improve your gut health by diversifying the plants you eat, no matter your dietary preferences.

Eating a diverse range of plants nourishes the trillions of microbes that live in your gut, each of which thrives on the different types of fibre each plant provides. A Really Good App
Eat 30 Plants a Week
I’ve got various competing products on my mobile devices, this is one of three that I really like. It’s actually in the top 2. Would I like one app that does it all? Sure. But this one, which is the newer one for me, is worth keeping up two at once! For one thing, I love that I don’t have to log everything I eat every day. As long as I know that what I ate today is something I ate yesterday or back to the first day of the week, I don’t need to log it again. So, it’s actually fun each day that I am adding something new that I didn’t already have this week because it may be only a few. I also love that the database is so large - larger than some of the others. Thanks SO much for this app!
