At first this app was awesome it paid $3 per survey and they paid instantly and I mean like before I could close out the app I already received notification that the $3 hit my Venmo account they only thing I thought was annoying was I’d have 6 surveys on the app waiting to be taken but they kept them locked and would only unlock one at a time and usually it would take 1-2+ weeks before they would unlock one survey but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me I still loved the app it was super simple the surveys were only a few questions and they paid more than most other survey apps. Fast forward later after I’ve completed 6 surveys….. I hate this app I have one survey I’ve completed that is still pending payment and one survey waiting to be done started at 14 days until it unlocked now it says one day in which it has said that for quit some time now like days and weeks!! Customer service is non existing! They give you an email for CS but good luck getting through to them or getting anyone to return your email because they won’t even attempt to answer you I’ve emailed them 3-4 times over two months and nothing they have no CS phone number to call either so is you want a temporary app just to make a couple bucks and then never using it again then this app is for you if you want something long term with good CS - don’t waste your time with I would have never wasted mine!

This app was great at first. It paid 3 dollars per survey and cashed out immediately. You could only do like a survey every few weeks though. Then my last 2 or 3 kept giving me an error message with never one single response from support. Then they changed it to a dollar. Eventually the ones I did like a month or more before that didn’t pay paid me a dollar for each one. No more surveys since. Now for the past couple of days I keep getting emails and push messages that more serveys are available. But when I log in there are none. And the ones I did before just disappeared. So nothing available and nothing completed. Hopefully they will get it together since people have shared very personal information on here.

So I started by downloading the app and it was three dollars per Survey so I completed the first survey at the three Dollars and I ended up waiting for a long time to even get approved payment which never happened. I then emailed the suppose customer service letting them know that it was a failed payment During the time they changed the payout amount to one dollar so when I finally did receive my payout I ended up only getting one dollar even though I completed the survey during the three dollar timeframe after a couple weeks. They fix it and I got my dollar payout. The app tells you that after you complete the first survey you wait 14 days and you can complete the next survey, but it doesn’t work that way I’ve been trying to unlock my second survey for a month now and still an unable to access it however, I did send a message Customer Service so we’ll see if they respond and unlock the survey if it doesn’t happen I’m gonna end up deleting this app cause it’s not worth it.

This app pays one dollar per survey. The surveys are about 8 to 10 questions and very simple less than one minute to do. You do have to have Venmo. To get paid. They unlock surveys every 5 to 7 days and when they unlock them, they usually unlock two or three surveys. It’s about Health research and it’s pretty important. That’s why you’re getting paid. They have paid me everything they owed me. In the beginning, the pay was slow, but they have now speeded up the process and you get paid within 48 hours. I would highly recommend this app. You’ll get at least two bucks a week and more later on if you stick with it.
