It’s really nice to have professionals that know how to navigate insurance. It’s always been confusing for me. I’ve had a lot of random issues with using my out of network doctor and Granted will go to bat for me. In the past I would call and email Aetna with no real resolution but Granted is able to make progress on these claims. Anyways, pricing is fair and I’m grateful to have found them.

The communication with my bill negotiator was good. However, the doctor’s office kept giving her the run-around and not returning her calls. When I asked her what could be done, she didn’t seem to have any other recourse than to keep waiting. This was putting my account into arrears and after weeks of waiting, I finally had to close out the case. I have used another app and had a great outcome. I was trying this app to see if it was any better, and sadly it was not.

I genuinely thought this app was too good to be true, but I thought I’d give it a try. Granted ended up saving me over $250 on one of my medical bills and I was blown away. My only note is that some insurance’s don’t negotiate bills, so just be aware. Other than that, I’d absolutely recommend.

Finally an app that makes dealing with your health insurance and medical bills a breeze. I was able to connect all my insurance plans and can see all my family’s claims in one place. Their staff is very friendly and already saved me over $200 on one medical bill! Looking forward to seeing how the app develops!
