This is a really cool app that allows you to schedule your meals for up to 5 weeks, count the macros in each meal, and access countless delicious low fat recipes to help weight loss/gain a snap. The recipes break down the protein, carb, and fat intakes to help you regulate your diet, and if you want to try a new recipe, there is a feature that allows you to purchase all the ingredients via Instacart and others. You can look up lasagna in the app and it will tell you everything needed right down to the seasonings needed! It doesn’t get much easier than that, so I highly recommend this app for those looking to slim down and live a healthier life
So close!

Love the app overall. Has some glitches that need to be worked out. First, upon opening the app, sometimes I need to close and reopen or it sits on a zeroed out log (everything is zeros). Second, log conversions are a bit of a work around. If I scan something it only allows “1 serving” with no weights, if I type it sometimes it gets the full weight, sometimes it just adjusts serving. Just not as intuitive. Third, syncing. I wish it pulled data from Apple health (like workout logs for example). I love their point system but I spent a lot of time trying to match up what Apple Health has logged. Overall, one of my favorite CICO trackers. Love the photo analysis for when the scale isn’t available, AI consultation is helpful (except it keeps analyzing from January for some reason and I just got into this app two weeks ago).
Impressive database of foods!

I’m vegan, so I’m used to a lot of my foods being left out of meal tracker apps. I was pleasantly surprised to see this one has a robust database to draw from! All my fruits, granola and snacks were in here - I never had to manually input anything! Tracking your food is a great way to get a clearer picture of where you’re at with macros on a daily and weekly basis. It can really help get you closer to your goals - whether that’s losing weight, maintaining or gaining.
Has potential just not yet

I have been using the app for a couple months now ….it was free until recently. A few glitches need work: does not sync to Apple Watch , when you add to your favorites that you use often it saves same item numerous times so a bit wonky there, it has a decent scanner to quickly access food info to log but sometimes does not calculate calories correctly and this is a must so I have to adjust to label specifics otherwise it would be good. Overall I like it but now to pay and not sure if correct info I am logging is concerning since there are other apps that are up to date on these important functions.
