Coupa Approvals under My tasks – Enhancements - Approvers can now view requests assigned to their approval groups, ensuring no requests are missed. - Optional comment box available during approvals for contextual input. - Users now see an informational message when rejecting a request, explaining the impact of the action.

Coupa Requisition approvals are now available in My Tasks for individual approvers only. Group approvals will be supported in a future release.

Virtual Desktop Decommission You can now decommission your virtual desktop directly from the app. Raise an automatic decommission request in just a few clicks—no manual steps required. Autopilot Manual Enhancements FAQs have been added to the Please Note section under GBS IT Quick Links > Laptop Autopilot Manual.

Autopilot Manual is now available in the GBS IT Quick Links section on the dashboard for new users setting up a new device. This guided self-service experience helps you provision your new Wolters Kluwer laptop, while required security settings and standard configurations are applied automatically.

ADP now available in more Countries We’ve expanded ADP access to 14 more countries. Eligible users can now conveniently access ADP directly from the app.

- Offline access to Service Desk Contact You can now quickly access Service Desk contact information directly from the app. You’ll now find them in Virtual vault on the sign‑in page and in Settings. Just update the app and sign in once to activate this feature. - Expanded ADP Access : Users in Canada, France, Poland, and Australia can also access ADP directly from the app.

Workday Tasks Count fix: We’ve resolved an issue with the Workday tasks count — it now accurately displays the number of pending tasks on your dashboard.
