Pieces of it don’t work - Developer email does not work

I am not happy when a developer gives an email and that email DOES NOT WORK! If you buy the app and find out there is a problem, you can’t contact the developer and Apple is almost sure not to give you your money back. The only way to retrieve your money is to go to the credit card company. And guess what? After that, Apple will no longer allow you to use that credit card! That’s Apple punishing you for daring to get your money back for an app that does not work! All this is so not okay. Besides the app being unbelievably ugly and stone age, the music stops once the screen goes dark. Then they add insult to injury by making the app $39/year! Are you kidding me? For that stone-age app?

I'd genuinely like to make this right, including sorting out a refund for you directly so you don't have to go through the credit card route.A couple of the issues you raised are things I can resolve quickly:- Music stopping when the screen goes dark: this is a background audio setting on my end, and I'm pushing a fix in the next update.- The look and feel: a visual redesign is already in progress.On pricing, I hear you that $39/year feels steep for the current experience — that's fair feedback, and improving the app is exactly how I intend to earn it.If you email me, I'll take care of the refund and personally let you know when the fixes ship.
