The whole reason I downloaded the app is so that I don't have to place a phone call when I need a refill. I've been able to use the app for a refill once. When I want deliveries on Friday I have to call as Friday delivery isn't an option. Recently, when I tried to use the app for Wednesday deliveries I'm unable to even fill out the form. The page will say refill available starting May4th and that's it. It'll be May 5th, 6th, and 7th but I can't click anything to request a refill. I tried today on the 8th but now it's too late and I have to make a phone call. What is the point of the app? You can't place a refill if you have X amount left as insurance might decline it. But when you go to make the refill on the day the app says it's too late and you have to call. Then when you do call you're placed on hold while they try to find someone because no one can use the app to make a refill.

I tried three times to create my account but it is not working. I called their support team and was sent a link to download and setup my account again, but it still doesn’t work. Personally, this app has failed me and I would prefer the app for my refills instead of texting or calling in.
