I love this app. Kelsey’s workouts are fun, effective, and easy to follow. I love being able to access workouts when I can’t make it to the gym. The workouts range from yoga to HIIT. It’s so worth it and glad I found Healthy with Kelsey.

I have been using Kelsey’s YouTube workouts for years now as I was looking for a non- weightloss centered, anti diet culture movement option. I decided to join the app and it has been so so great! Easy to find workouts that have you sweating in no time, but accommodating if you need to do lower impact or just want to move your body for a short amount of time. I adore Kelsey! So thankful for her positive attitude and the challenges she posts! Perfect for me!

I absolutely love the Healthy With Kelsey app! I love her body-positive focus while still kicking my butt! She keeps things high intensity but offers many low impact options, which I adore. There is tons of choice on the app, so I’m able to mix it up! I have recommended this app to all my friends, and will continue to do so!
