First I’m SO Stray Kids biased so ANYTHING involving them I’m going to be there lol! But I LOVE the app because of anything is wrong it’s noticed almost right away if not right away and is fixed super quick! And I just LOVE how we’re notified of EVERYTHING going on with the app and our favorite artists that we are able to know!!! & I also LOVE the interaction between my FAVORITE group and us STAY!! They’re so amazing!!! I also LOVE how JYP notifies us of anything wrong with our favorite idols so we don’t have to be wondering if they’re alright and if what’s being said about them if true or not! LOVE LOVE LOVE THE APP !!!!

Have been using FANS since the launch for SKZ community and absolutely love the ongoing added features, integrations, and improvements! But I’d like to propose a couple more desired features for consideration to further refine the quality of life experience for fans and artists:1. Highlight the “forbidden”/“banned” words in red, similar to how bubble does it, so the user knows exactly what prevents the post from publishing. FANS has a de facto secret list of totally random words like “carp” on the banned list, with no apparent negative English meaning (I am not sure if it’s the same for other languages). There is no way for a new user to know this and it’s exceptionally frustrating to figure out exactly what needs to be corrected. Red text or a highlight would be a huge help!2. Please consider removing “banned” word block if the banned word is part of a larger non-derogatory word (example: institute, grape, carpenter, etc).3. Please consider more actively moderating the community from JYPE end. It doesn’t need to be intense, but I see new FANS community members being regularly confused about uneven rule enforcement - all because it is up to the other FANS community members to report problematic posts and, really, is de facto nobody’s responsibility. Hope to continue using FANS app and to enjoy the access to the worldwide SKZ fanbase and our wonderful SKZ members! Cheers!

Hey! So this is my first time using the FANS app, and so far, it’s alright.I like how smooth and clean the app feels, it runs really well. It’s cool that it’s made just for JYP artist fans like Stays, MIDZY, ONCE, and others. It really gives a sense of community.That said, the biggest downside for me is that everything seems locked behind a subscription. Not everyone has money to spend on that (including me), and I think it would be way better if the app had a mix of free and subscription content. That way, more fans can still enjoy and interact without feeling left out.I’d also love if there were free ways to interact with artists, like being able to comment on regular posts. If an artist shares something exclusive, that’s where a subscription should kick in, like commenting on or unlocking subscription-only posts. That balance would make things a lot more fair.Also, please consider adding a feature where JYP artists can share photos, stories, and even livestream kind of like Instagram, and make at least some of those livestreams free! That would make the connection between artists and fans so much stronger.Overall, I do like the app and think it has a lot of potential. Just hoping for more ways to enjoy it without having to pay right away. 💙

I use this app mainly for stray kids, which is apparently the only group that is paywalled which is fun! To get access to basically anything, you have to pay a ridiculous price for a digital membership. This price is also inaccurately adjusted from Korean Won. Without paying for the extra content, this app offers nothing beyond what is posted online. As for the fans store, it in theory seems nice to have everything for sale in one place, but again, prices for international fans are inflated and not a correct adjustment from the price in Won. Additionally, shipping and tariffs are often MORE than the item itself, totally defeating the purpose of a “global” store. I’ve had to deal with multiple glitches linking to my phone number with slow and unhelpful responses from support. Overall, this app is basically worthless to me and an insulting cash grab by the company. I in no way blame the group for these issues; it is completely the fault of this worthless company and, more specifically, ONE Label
