Hey! So this is my first time using the FANS app, and so far, it’s alright.I like how smooth and clean the app feels, it runs really well. It’s cool that it’s made just for JYP artist fans like Stays, MIDZY, ONCE, and others. It really gives a sense of community.That said, the biggest downside for me is that everything seems locked behind a subscription. Not everyone has money to spend on that (including me), and I think it would be way better if the app had a mix of free and subscription content. That way, more fans can still enjoy and interact without feeling left out.I’d also love if there were free ways to interact with artists, like being able to comment on regular posts. If an artist shares something exclusive, that’s where a subscription should kick in, like commenting on or unlocking subscription-only posts. That balance would make things a lot more fair.Also, please consider adding a feature where JYP artists can share photos, stories, and even livestream kind of like Instagram, and make at least some of those livestreams free! That would make the connection between artists and fans so much stronger.Overall, I do like the app and think it has a lot of potential. Just hoping for more ways to enjoy it without having to pay right away. 💙

I LOVE STRAY KIDS. That’s why I got this app but the first time I got the app it was so hard getting my phone number verified. I would press send to my number and it would not send! But then it finally just let me into the app a day later. ( two of my friends tried to sleep get the app and it would not let them in). Also the translation is really off and making the idols look like they are saying weird things to stays.. but thank you for making this app I love being able to interact with stays and stray kids!

I use this app mainly for stray kids, which is apparently the only group that is paywalled which is fun! To get access to basically anything, you have to pay a ridiculous price for a digital membership. This price is also inaccurately adjusted from Korean Won. Without paying for the extra content, this app offers nothing beyond what is posted online. As for the fans store, it in theory seems nice to have everything for sale in one place, but again, prices for international fans are inflated and not a correct adjustment from the price in Won. Additionally, shipping and tariffs are often MORE than the item itself, totally defeating the purpose of a “global” store. I’ve had to deal with multiple glitches linking to my phone number with slow and unhelpful responses from support. Overall, this app is basically worthless to me and an insulting cash grab by the company. I in no way blame the group for these issues; it is completely the fault of this worthless company and, more specifically, ONE Label

this isn’t at all what i wanted from this app. i wanted to be able, coming from a strict family, have the capability to view posts and media from stray kids, because i don’t have access anywhere else. so i create an account and go through all that trouble to just learn that if i want to view certain posts i need to be part of some fan club? i don’t have the money to pay for a whole ticket or whatever i need and the fact that LITERALLY everything needs that membership is genuinely infuriating. so far the only post i’ve been able to look at was something from a yr ago posted by han translating to “bob mura” either that’s a translation error or bro was on smth but either way i’m disappointed. bubble is better than this, at least i can actually see what they say for 4 dollars for one person.
