Track food, symptoms, bowel movements and activities. Advanced statistics and AI insights help you better understand patterns and possible intolerances.
Do you often experience symptoms after eating – like stomach aches, skin rashes, bloating, or headaches – and wonder if certain foods or intolerances could be the cause? With Eatrack, you can easily track your meals, drinks, medications, symptoms, and digestive health. Based on your entries, you’ll get valuable insights to help you spot patterns and better understand possible triggers.
WHY USE A FOOD & SYMPTOM TRACKER?
Scientific studies show that keeping a food and symptom diary can really help if you’re dealing with IBS, IBD, MCAS, or intolerances like histamine, fructose, lactose, sorbitol and more:
• Up to 70% of people gain better control over their symptoms (American Journal of Gastroenterology).
• A food diary increases the chance of spotting patterns by 50% (Journal of Nutrition).

I stumbled upon this app and loved it instantly. Easy to navigate, does what it says, helps me keeping my foods tracked and organised, while it doesn’t feel like a chore doing it. Thumbs up!!
Keeps erasing entries!

The first time was after an update. Today, no update, but I find my ENTIRE day’s entries from the day before gone. This is unacceptable, not even a free version should require us to have to recall an entire day’s EVERYTHING just in case the app we use wants to delete. I paid for this and not quite sure it was worth it. I’ve reported this issue to the dev, suggesting backups, but alas. No fix and now my data is gone AGAIN. Also, the “AI” is not worth it. You can’t even have a dialogue or ask your own questions, just preset and impersonal “insight” that you are only ALLOWED to ask every 5 days. The app fixates on every word in entries with no real intelligence to know that just because a word is used does not make it an actual ingredient. I will be looking for another app, I was fine to overlook the latter but sabotaging my data is an absolute deal breaker, I shouldn’t have to babysit an app.

Hi, thank you for your detailed feedback – and I’m really sorry for your experience.Losing entries like that is absolutely not acceptable, and I completely understand how frustrating that must feel. Your data should never just disappear. What you’re describing is not expected behavior, and we take this very seriously. In most cases, entries are not actually deleted but may not be displayed correctly due to a sync or loading issue. In a few rare cases, this can also be related to using the app in anonymous mode combined with iOS offloading the app, which can lead to the account not being properly reconnected. We’re currently investigating this to prevent it from happening. Please reach out to me directly at thomas@eatrack.app with a few details (device, date, account type), so I can look into your case personally and help resolve this.Regarding the AI feature: it’s designed to analyze and structure all data from your diary to identify patterns and correlations. That said, it obviously works best when consistent data is available — so I understand why it may not feel helpful if entries appear to be missing. Thanks again for your honest feedback — it really helps us improve. I’d really appreciate the chance to make this right for you 🙏Best regards,ThomasFounder of Eatrack

I like the app so far, but I hate that it is only free for 3 days!! I do not do monthly subscription, would do I time purchase if price was low.
Developer Response
