Like the other reviewer reported, the app won't recognize connected BT headphones and refuses to play audio. Funny enough it also shows erratic messages about pausing the audio due to public announcements, which of course do not happen.Who still uses cabled headphones in 2025?It's a pity really since otherwise the app seems really well made with a great UI and I'm sure the audio content would be really informative too. Fix the headphone issue and could be a 5 star app.

Enjoyable facts to listen to, but not friendly for handicapped people. Our brother-in-law is blind and was not able to navigate the menu without help.

Bluetooth connectivity and WiFi-enabled location recordings work fine. Seems like the app is updated regularly, and they’re doing a good job.

Won’t work without connection to train wifi —cell data won’t work. Train wifi only works in the cafe car, not in our seats. Audio will only play with headphones connected, but it does not recognize my Apple AirPods as headphones. Completely useless app.
