Dose Yoga and Café
Book classes, manage your membership, and pre-order from the café -- all in one place.
Dose is a hot yoga and café concept with locations in Raleigh and Durham, NC. The app gives you access to our full schedule across all three studios: hot yoga, mellow flows, the Womb Room, and contrast therapy at North Hills and Durham.
Pre-order your drink or bowl before class and it'll be ready when you are. Browse the menu, track your classes, and manage your membership from your phone.

I can’t get enough. I love the variety in music. Once that kicks in it kind of distracts your mind from the heat. As long as you concentrate on your breathing you’ll be good. First class may seem overwhelmingly hot but by the 2nd class you know what to expect then you can focus on what you’re doing a little more. Staff is friendly which is a major plus for me. I’m big on hospitality. I dont feel pressured and the dim lighting kind of helps with that.
Great App

This app is so easy to use and has great descriptions for each class. Dose is an amazing place and this app matches its energy perfectly.

App logs me out after each booking

Almost comical. I have to find my password each time I book a class.
