My lead tech keeps having to go on the web version and submit/finish rounds and MOPS. The deprecated version of the app did not give us these issues. Virtually all tickets have to be double checked to ensure there are no blank areas or un-synced items. I much prefer the older app!

The legacy app was actually functional. This new one can take 10-20 minutes just to synch up with the server. Until then you are looking at work orders from a week or more ago. Doesn’t remember when you collapse a section in a 100+ step checklist. Minimize or refresh the app and come back…gotta scroll through everything you’ve done to find where you left off. Gotta keep the app in the foreground in order for it to synch up and update checklists. If you minimize before everything is synched up, when you open it hours later it still hasn’t synched up. Can’t type too fast or it won’t recognize your key entries. I wonder why my reviews keep getting deleted?All of this has been going on for close to a year now.
