Can’t use Shop tab with my account

The app updated recently so you have to log in again. Logged in no problem.Then you go to the shop tab and you have to log in. Why am I logging in - I already logged in? I’m logged in on the home tab but not the shop tab? Once logged into the App I should be logged in under all the tabs (and before the recent update it was this way.) The only ways to login at the Cart are not the same options when you open the app. I can either use Google, Apple, or as Guest… none of those are what I use for my Ethos account.The “App Support” tab here on the App Store just takes you to the main selling website.

I love the stores and website themselves. This app isn’t really useful at all. The point system is a mess, if there could be a way to take a picture of your receipt or screenshot your online order and submit it for points, that’d be amazing. That would fix about three problems right there because you can’t order on the app. Doesn’t even keep me logged in long enough to look at all the items for sale. I would love to love this app, it’s simply not functional enough.
Great Idea - Terrible Execution

The idea of the rewards system and having an app that can do everything when you order your medicine is great but this app is HORRIBLE. They never should’ve started this new program when the app is in this condition. It’s so half baked and unfinished. No names or information for what you’re ordering, terrible spacing of letters, pictures, etc. “View Entire Menu” just opens the web browser to the website, which I could just order from to begin with. Definitely gonna need a lot of work before anyone should use it.
