Sadly my insurance switched transport companies & this is what I’m stuck with & not making it to my appts is a serious problem & it’s going to affect my health. None of my trips show up. 90% of the time I open the app it glitches, no buttons work. It doesn’t allow me to search by address for the appt location or manually type the address in. Only lets you type office name & a lot of my doctor’s names don’t come up in the list. The office names I can find don’t even show an address, so I have no idea what office I’m scheduling a ride for. Mileage reimbursement doesn’t work either. I’m unable to type in a drivers name & there’s no names listed in the drop down menu.The only contact is an email address that does NOT work.My email was “undeliverable,” & the rejection email says“The group MediDriveCSRs isn't set up to receive messages” from me.There’s no way to chat with an agent in the app like there is on Modivcare & that’s really inconvenient, especially because when I had to call, it took 30 mins to schedule 1 single trip. She couldn’t figure out how to do 2nd one, said she’d call back & never did, that was 2wks ago. For the trip I scheduled with her, she said my pick up time would be 2 hrs before my appt, but appt is only 30 mins away. This company is a joke.

I have no idea why my insurance would choose to use such a dysfunctional company let alone app for transportation needs. I’ve had people hang up on me when I’m forced to call since the app is completely unusable no matter how many “updates” they continue to release. The app tells me my phone number is already in use but won’t give me the option to login. There is only an option to create a new account, which is odd since I assume once you create an account you should have the option to login but I digress. Completely useless company, even more useless app.

RUN!!!!!I have spent over 130 minutes trying to get the app to work to no avail. I even had a customer service rep tell me they had no tech support. They do not have the ability to submit claims through the app and you must print the claims form, have it manually signed, email a copy to the claims department and then wait FOUR TO SIX WEEKS for mileage reimbursement. Obscene! The former company my insurance had processed claims in days! At worst - one week. If I could give a zero rating I would. Do not recommend.

Been using MediDrive for about a week and it’s been working well for me. Navigation around the app is easy, the layout makes sense, and the overall idea behind it is genuinely useful . I’ve notice the ui shifts a little here and there between sessions in the way of actually using the app. Solid experience so far .
