Complete waste of money

I paid for a 7 day trail. You cannot try the app without paying for a 7 day trail. I got 1500 coins which will let you create 2 videos. I created a pet dance video. They turned my female pet into a male for one. Also, the 10 second video was extremely disappointing. Not at all as advertised. I tried to create the other pet video and I got a still of a random person’s legs. Can’t try to see if they get it right without paying for more coins. I reported the “video” but apparently you won’t get coins back even though they completely screwed it up. The videos in the ads are 100% better than what you can create. Wish I had never seen this ad.

I paid for the trial and made a video no problem. Then I went to make a second video. It charged me the 600 coins, I went about my business as I waited for the video to generate. I went into the basement of my building during that time and sometimes service is spotty. I must have lost service because when I opened up the app again to get my video, it said an error had occurred and to try again later.I figure no big deal and go back to try again. But my 600 coins were still gone. I tried everything to try and get them back, nothing worked.So I reached out to their support team. After days and days they tell me when there is a technical issue coins are refunded automatically when videos fail to generate. Really? Because I’m reporting that that didn’t happen. Hence the technical issue. But I’m out of luck as far as customer “support” is concerned. So the app took my money, didn’t work properly, and then doesn’t care. SCAM

I’ve had a lot of fun using this AI video creator—it’s intuitive, creative, and surprisingly powerful for quick ideas and content. It really sparks inspiration and makes the process enjoyable.That said, the token-based limits on paid plans feel pretty discouraging. If I’m already subscribing, I’d expect a more open experience rather than constantly watching usage. Unlimited access (or at least a much higher cap) would make this a no-brainer.Great tool overall, just held back by its usage model.
