Hushbreath is a gentle breathing companion for bedtime, busy thoughts and moments of wakefulness during the night. Choose a ritual, get comfortable and listen with your eyes closed.
20 RITUALS FOR THE EVENING
Explore four collections: release the day, quiet the mind, prepare for sleep and settle again at night. Sessions range from 5 to 20 minutes, with rhythms that include a longer exhale, even breathing, natural breathing and a few gentle double inhales followed by an easy exhale.
A VOICE TO FOLLOW
Choose a female or male narrator. Instructions are deliberately unhurried, with space between phrases. Guidance becomes quieter as the ritual progresses. Use headphones or your phone's speaker; audio continues with the screen locked.
MAKE ROOM FOR QUIET
Listen to rain, gentle waves or a soft ambient soundscape, or choose voice only. Adjust voice and background volume separately. Let the sound continue after the guidance and fade out gently.
FIVE LANGUAGES, OFFLINE AUDIO
Voice guidance and the interface are available in English, Polish, German, French and Spanish. Narration and soundscapes are included in the app and play offline.
ONE COMPLETE SESSION FREE
Try the 5-minute Sigh of relief ritual once, without a card or subscription. To continue and unlock all rituals and settings, choose a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. There is no subscription free trial. Prices are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account. A lifetime purchase does not automatically cancel an existing subscription.
Hushbreath is for relaxation and general wellbeing. It does not diagnose or treat sleep or breathing conditions. The optional microphone experiment is not required for rituals and does not adapt the guided breathing rhythm.
