Step It Up motivates you to stay healthy by helping you track your daily steps, distance traveled, flights of stairs climbed, calories burned and making sure you hit your step goal each and every day. Step It Up is available for iPhone and Apple Watch.
Standometer* is a “pedometer” for the total amount of time you spend standing each day. Research shows that sitting is the current generation’s smoking. With Standometer you can set a goal ranging from 30 minutes to 6 hours each day. Increase your goal as you go, challenging yourself to stay active and healthy.
With Step It Up Plus and Time Travel you can view activity from any prior day that you have data saved for. This lets you quickly and easily view data from yesterday all the way to last month or even last year.
Step It Up is great on Apple Watch. With Step It Up on the Watch you can quickly glance at your activity data throughout the day to help you keep moving. Step It Up on Apple Watch shows you the same helpful data from your iPhone. Standometer is on Step It Up for Watch as well making it easy to stay on top of being healthy.

Hello, thank you for using Step It Up, I hope you're enjoying it. This update fixes a number of bugs that caused the Watch complication to not update for some users. While I was in there I added a few more options for complications, since that's something awesome in watchOS 7. There is a new "Lots of Data" complication which shows you as much data as possible and a new "Just Steps" which is the exact opposite of "Lots of Data," it's just your steps. The last of the bugs I fixed is a bug for some users who had set their distance kilometers but was still reporting a very strange distance result. Thank you to everyone who tested Step It Up and reported these bugs. Lastly, I added support for Chinese Simplified localization.

I’ve always wanted my Apple Watch to work like my Fitbit and this app does it beautifully—I know, I think I’ve tried most similar apps. I’ve checked this app’s counting accuracy and it’s dead on. I’ve needed this for a long time. Thank you!

Keeps changing my step goal and lbs. to kg ?
This app is great at surface level seems to do what it’s supposed to however several times now my weight has been changed from lbs. to kgs. on my watch through no effort from me. As in I didn't change it. In fact I’ve tried to change back to pounds and it reverts back to kg. Anyone else have this issue?? Additionally my step goal and weight are set correctly on phone with pounds and 10k steps but show up as kgs. And 8k steps on my watch?? What am I missing here? I’ve changed on watch but reverts back to kgs. And 8k steps on its own. My goal weight on watch is also incorrect but it is correct on iPhone? What gives? Suggestions please. And no I am not traveling so can’t understand the kg. To lb. conversion on its own.

Steps not showing correctly on Apple Watch face.
This app was working great when I first downloaded it to my Apple Watch 4. However since the last update of apple software, the Step It Up app is not showing the updated number of steps and it seems to not want to update after you get over 10,000 steps. If I click on the app and open it, it will show the right number of steps. But on my watch face, the number of steps does not always update.
