The idea for this app was inspired by the highly successful outcomes and glowing testimonials from our diabetic, pre-diabetic, and gestational diabetic patients from various age groups, nationalities, cultures, genders, and professions.

I initially had concerns about accidentally subscribing to the yearly plan when I intended to use the 14-day free trial. I was frustrated and felt the process wasn’t clear enough.However, I want to update my review to reflect that the support team at SweetLifeSaver was very responsive and professional. They listened to my concerns, clarified the situation, and even made an exception to their usual refund policy to resolve the issue. I appreciate their transparency and the thoughtful way they handled everything.The app itself has some promising features for those managing chronic conditions, and I respect the team’s mission and their honest, no-ads approach.Thank you to the support team for resolving this quickly and respectfully.

We understand that you have made a mistake in subscribing to a yearly plan when you intended to avail our free 14 day trial period. We have a 14-day free trial period followed by tiered monthly, six monthly, and yearly paid plans, clearly presented in a well-designed user interface for users to make conscious choices.We have thousands of users who are evaluating our App and yours is the first unfortunate case of misunderstanding. We are a small business bootstrapping this App to do good for the suffering community. We certainly are not interested in earning your money wrongfully.Currently: We are ad-free. We don’t aggregate users to sell merchandise. All paid users have access to all features - no surprise premium charges for certain features. We are rolling out additional new features for the set price periodically! There are Apps that charge you automatically after trial period. We don’t do that. We also don’t peddle fad diets and products! We don’t sell for free because we believe that if a product or service is offered free, then you are the product. We have informed you of our no refund policy and full usage of the App for the term of subscription. There’s not a large state of Mesa food that you can pick from and there’s basically no contact information to contact the app administrators. The email function doesn’t work overall, very unhappy with it.

Thank you for sharing the feedback. You can always email us from within the App by going to 'Settings'->Help & Support -> Email Us. We do have sample South American meals and will be happy to add more if you can suggest any particular foods through the in-app email.
