This stimulates my brain in the best way! It engages me without being overstimulating so I can properly chill. I love all the different science-backed mini-games, especially the detailed explanations that break down how each one works. As someone who works with autistic children, this game is wonderful. I get off work where it’s been loud and overstimulating, and I just put this game on and I chill. I love the music and vibrations. And I love how the games switch to different available ones everyday. It teaches me calm tolerance. I also play this before bed and I sleep like a baby. I recommend this game to kids and adults.
