While the food at Juan’s is always phenomenal, recent changes to the online ordering experience have been disappointing. As a frequent patron, I never had any issues placing orders or viewing specials through the website before. However, with the latest update, I can no longer see the daily specials, and every attempt to place an order results in an error.Moreover, the app now requests overly aggressive permissions for personal data, including tracking user locations even when the app is not in use. This is unnecessary and a significant invasion of privacy.I strongly encourage the restaurant’s management to consider finding a new app developer or requesting changes from the current supplier to address these issues. If not addressed, these problems could harm their business and reputation.

I order often and the beast feature for me, is the past orders and automatic reorders. Love how clean and easy everything looks. Lookjng forward the reward program, new for me!
