This is the most fun I have had in a mobile game yet. If you like tower defense games this is a must. The pace of the game is perfect. You are able to progress at a pace that makes the game fun and challenging. All aspects of the game can be completed without paying or you can spend money to enhance or quicken certain things but do not need to if you don’t want to. The discord channel is well managed and formatted. The developers and moderators do an outstanding job of keeping the game fun, challenging, and free of issues. When bug or problems occur the developers are quick to make required changes and compensate players accordingly. Thank all for a truly outstanding game.

I have been playing the game for around 2 months and really enjoying the many challenges, levels, weapons, and commanders. Yes - you will get stuck on some levels. That is intended. Just keep playing levels you already completed and upgrading your weapons and commanders and you can make it through. The game really takes off when you can join a guild. You will get many more daily rewards if you join an active guild. Not long ago, the devs nerfed Fizzie, the only commander I have leveled. It was a bad decision, made the game no longer fun, and I left a bad review. Almost quit the game.I then found on Discord the developers were very active and communicative. I reached out to one who took the time to listen and respond. The devs just reverted many of the changes. That NEVER happens. I am still amazed and how much the devs care about the game and the community. I’m all in again. Try the game. Give it time. Join the Discord. Highly recommended!

Great game, but you will need to spend money to advance

UPDATE: I was wrong. This is a great game!It's a very slow upgrade system. I've been playing this game for a little over a week. I've been stuck on level 15 for four days.Basically, all of the map levels are pretty easy until map 15. There is virtually no way to pass it unless you are going to be a big money spender.Suddenly, when you get to map 15, your basic ballistic cannon needs to be about four times stronger in order to pass the level. They have made it way too difficult.If they weren't making it so difficult, I could see myself spending a little bit, down the road.

Fun but has issues

1. It’s a little repetitive as there are only about 9 enemies 2. What is the purpose of the red tokens? They say you can use them for re-rolls but there is no way to actually use them 3. The only real challenge is the first 5 or so waves. If you get that far it pretty much will auto win since you get tons of weapons towards the end. 4. The weapon types are confusing. Why is there both electric damage and energy damage? And the words appear to be used interchangeably. There is also a single toxic weapon that is the last one you get. 5. Needs more control of the gameplay. Being able to pick which enemy to fire at is a good start, but the gameplay is still a little dull.
