Look they sent me a iPhone XR and it was used battery was 82% it. It’s an old barely usable phone . So I just transferred the service to my iPhone 14 Pro and now have free service . I can’t complain . I appreciate them calling me back sending me tons of emails to make sure I was took care of . They are a decent carrier .

Absolute Scam – Do Not Trust Tag MobileTag Mobile confirmed via email that they were sending me a G7 phone through the Lifeline program for low-income families, but instead, they shipped a completely defective tablet. When I reached out to customer service to fix their error, they refused to send an exchange or even provide a return shipping label for the broken item they sent me.This program is meant to help struggling families access essential communication, yet Tag Mobile is blatantly taking advantage of people and delivering useless, broken hardware. Since they refuse to take responsibility or fix their mistake, I am filing a formal complaint and reaching out to my local representative to report their business practices. Avoid this company at all costs.

I received am iPhone 8 which was what I asked for everything works and it was new. So far am pleased with this company. All the other ones do not offer an iPhone. Which is what I am used to. 😊

I don’t know about others but as for me I really DONOT recommend this service or phones. I know it’s all free but to tell me u get what u getting from the government was pretty shady. Service was really slow and the quality of the phone was bad Now as for getting help. There phone service does not work and writing a ticket and waiting for a response in a couple of days things are harder to communicate. I wud not recommend. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
