No international esim app as advertised

New user, so far good service through Verizon. However, there is no esim app for international data. Their website advertises it, but when I chatted with customer service, I was told “it’s in the pipeline.” Their reply when I asked when it will be available, “it will be ready when it’s ready”. Really? Their website advertises its available now.
Customer service said you can use international data by notifying them 48 hours in advance and tell them the country you plan to visit. They directed me to their website that lists rates by country and this is the site that advertises their easy to use esim international travel app. Unbelievable.
Hope the rest of their service will work as advertised.

On the good side, their rates are great, plans are very flexible. There are other good international esim apps for travel.

Good price. That’s all.

The DATA service is spotty. And often very very slow even though I pay for “Ludicrous” speeds. I find myself always waiting for pages to load unless I have a full 5 bars. I purchased this for the fact that they use Verizon for their network but clearly I should have just gone directly to Verizon because I frequently am stuck waiting for things to load while in buildings and when signal is below full. Not very happy with the internet portion of my service.

Good

I received the free starter kit with the two different SIM cards. Chose the one the works with my iPhone and area coverage. Activation was simple and took about ten minutes before I received a email telling my number had been successfully ported over from Sprint/TMobile. I tested some calls and text those worked fine. The data did take another few minutes before it worked. I then did some speed test and I’m getting between 30 to 33 down and 7 to 10 up on 4G LTE on iPhone 11 Pro Max. Happy with it especially for the low price.
