Ask about one appliance and that's the one you'll get, not your whole lineup. We also fixed a connection issue that was causing some chats to fail. • Bug fixes & stability — We fixed a handful of things that were getting in the way: task times showing up wrong, Brain Dump timing out, maintenance missing from an appliance's history, and auto-fetched manuals not opening or showing up in Documents. • A little polish — We've tidied up the design across the app so everything looks and feels smoother. • Ready for iOS 27 — Updating your iPhone? eeva's good to go!

What’s new this week in eeva: eeva est maintenant disponible en français! You can now set your eeva account to English, French, or Japanese. • Custom rooms — You can create your own rooms beyond the standard list and rename or remove them whenever you like, or just ask eeva chat to handle it for you. • eeva chat improvements — eeva now pulls answers straight from our Help Centre, so it can help with more of what you ask. It’ll also point you to the right feature when a question is a bit vague, and it can create or reassign rooms for you mid-conversation. • Bug fixes & stability — We fixed a handful of things that were getting in the way: picking dates, notifications landing on time, the “Add Appliance” button, and adding a room getting stuck partway through a scan. • Improvements to support experience — When you send us a question or some feedback, we now get the details we need to sort it out faster.

We’re starting a steady run of improvements to eeva 3.0.0, beginning with the small things that were getting in your way. • Manual auto-fetch fix. When eeva can’t find a manual for an appliance you’ve scanned, it’ll now tell you honestly instead of saying it found one. • Repair logs that count. Your repair history adds up properly now, with no duplicate entries cluttering the list. • Insurance that looks like yours. Your provider name and policy type now show up on the card, instead of a generic placeholder. • Chat that actually saves. When you ask Chat to create something, it sticks.
