The latest app version introduces a new payment method: RoPay, designed to provide a fast, secure, and simple payment experience. You can now pay your bills without entering card details, using a modern and efficient process. Paying bills in myPPC is now even easier than before: you can make instant payments directly from your bank account using RoPay.

You can now view all documents related to your payment installment plans directly within the app, giving you faster and more convenient access to the information you need. A new section, myRewards, is now available in the myPPC app. It provides users with access to a selection of commercial offers and exclusive discounts from partner retailers. The offers are updated regularly and cover a wide range of categories, such as Electronics & Technology, Fashion, Home & Garden and more.

We’ve improved the myPPC app: quick access to myEnergy Coach from the main screen, clearer info for regulated tariffs, personalized messages for index submission based on meter type and reading period, plus a faster, more intuitive account registration process.

The myEnergy Coach section has been added, providing access to personalized recommendations for efficient energy use via an external platform. Users can benefit from tailored advice based on their own consumption, helping them better understand how to efficiently use energy and optimize costs.

The new Products and Services subsection in My Account allows users to view contract details such as client code, service type, distributor, contract period, documents, and pricing for active contracts linked to their consumption points.
