Optionally save completed breathing time to Apple Health as a mindful session.
Relax includes guided breathing, compassionate journaling, daily affirmations, branded thought sharing, breathing history, and optional mindful-session export to Apple Health.
A subscription is required after onboarding. Payment is charged to your App Store account after confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
