We just started using Yarooms and the mobile app has been a lifesaver. Super easy to book desks and meeting rooms and it’s made coordinating with the team much smoother. It’s simple to use and works with our calendars, so there’s no double-bookings anymore, which had previously been such a hassle. The implementation process was quick and painless too. I love how the app generates the data that the platform turns into actually usable insights. This app is awful. Between constantly—and I mean every single time you open it—asking you to turn on notifications, to always needing to “reload,” I can’t think of a worse app experience. (The reason I turned off notifications is because I don’t want them on, so stop asking!) The user interface is buggy and seemingly simple things like canceling a single day are hard to do if you’ve booked several days in one go. The only reason I use this app is because I have to. There have got to be better ones out there to do the things this one can barely do at all.
