The Vector EHS Mobile App allows you to easily conduct EHS inspections and record incidents, with or without web access. You can use your own checklists, or download a variety of pre-built checklists that are available within the app, including facility safety, vehicle safety, fire safety, forklift safety, ladder safety checklists, and more. Record multiple types of incidents, including near misses, vehicle and environmental incidents, and employee and non-employee injuries. The Vector EHS (formerly IndustrySafe) app will help your organization to streamline and standardize your safety inspections and incident recording processes. You can easily take and attach photos to your forms, as well as pinpoint your exact GPS location. Create and assign corrective actions to team members to resolve identified issues. Submit your data to Vector EHS (formerly IndustrySafe) safety software for notifications and detailed analysis. have been at my new EH&S job for less than a month with vector and I hate it. The forms are so limited. The app is incredibly limited. I miss my old one that even had AI so I could open a form on the app and just talk and it would fill it out for me. Go with Dashpivot/ Sitemate instead. MUCH better rated app and much more user friendly.

This is incredibly disappointing. Almost every use I have to sign out and sign back in just to get the app to work. On the back end the forms are incredibly limited and have inflexible formatting that makes it difficult to build even basic forms for reporting. This APP needs a major rework.
