Lack of useful sound notification options

This is an important tool for field service personnel and notification sound should have options in the IOS for longer more noticeable sounds in the device. The app developer is aware that Apple is not allowing the third party app notification to be selected in the IOS settings but in the app. So I think the company will do an amazing improvement of the product if they add a couple longer, more noticeable sounds for the notifications. Imagine a field service rep that is on Didy and gets a dispatch during night time. Which hush, shush and chime he will not be able to hear it while asleep.

Are you kidding me?

Been doing field service in labs for 13 years now. Each software platform my company has chosen to close out calls has declined each time. But this new version ServiceMax Go is the WORST platform we’ve EVER had. So much so that this review is the FIRST I’ve ever done because i truly
hate using this app, whether on my laptop or the iPhone. Seriously only good thing about it? I’m getting more OT because everything takes so long to proceed thru each step/sync. It’s truly apparent SalesForce had major employee retention issues recently, as THIS is a clear result of the pathetic actions of that company.

Most Difficult Service Report Closing System

I didn’t think there would be a more difficult, unintuitive, less productive way of closing service calls than Clockport, yet here it is. This is a terrible system to use. ServiceMax must have some incredible salespeople to sell this platform because it’s absolute garbage. From a service representative’s perspective, there was no benefit for switching over to this application. Maybe the benefit is on management’s end for surveillance and bean counting. Ultimately, it’s the customer who suffers.
