It brings features of the MyCloud UCaaS platform, such as calling, texting and instant messaging directly to end user's mobile devices as a Unified Communications solution. App is lack luster

The phone service works great with desk phones. Zero issues. However, my app is glitchy on my iPhone and my computer. I will get a text message notification on my phone but when I go to the app it won’t be there. Then I go to the computer app and it won’t be there either. It will eventually show up on one of the 2 devices. Never consistent. But then take minutes to hours to fully sync to the other device. Sometimes when I get a call I try to answer it and it freezes on me and I can’t answer. Also, texting on the Mac app, it doesn’t create a new line when you run out of space. It just goes off screen and you have to guess what you are typing. I think these are all solvable issues. Hopeful my they keep improving.
