i used to have to write notes down on a piece of paper but here in New England, it's very difficult to take notes when your pen won't write because it's 1 degree out or when it gets all smeared in the rain and snow. The push report turnaround time is amazing and the sorting options are whats stands this software apart from the others. i can just sort out all electrical stuff out and print off a list for my electrician or give a bunch of door issues to my people, etc. The pictures tied to the particular violation are a great idea so our owners can see exactly what we've been telling them about to give us money to fix. And it's a great way to show someone where that stupid knockout was.

Awesome app! This software is what the affordable housing industry has been desperately needing for years! Our company now uses InspectCheck for completing all of our Pre-REAC inspections, and it has made an enormous difference for us, vastly improving our results this year. It is a very useful tool because you can see the estimated REAC scoring deductions for each defect in real time as you record each issue into the software, which takes all of the mystery out of the complex scoring methods used by REAC. It also allows us to analyze overall scoring to determine effective strategies for preparing for REAC inspections, saving us time and money.The integrated UPCS inspection code field guide has also been very useful for training some our new staff members. Also, the photo capture feature is great for tying a photo right to the violation recorded, making it much easier for maintenance staff to understand the problem and correct it accordingly. From the input on the tablet in the field, to the final reporting, this app is just super easy to use and a great design.With all the issues HUD/REAC had releasing their expensive to create yet poorly designed updated software in 2013, and all the complaints from the REAC inspectors having major problems using that, it seems that the Gov should have had you guys make their software for them instead!
