This release makes everyday time tracking faster and clearer. If mobile clock in/out is enabled for you, the app now opens straight to the Clock In/Out screen instead of the dashboard, so you can punch in a single tap. Your timesheet now shows questionnaire responses — tap and hold a punch and choose Details to see the questions and your answers — and a new indicator marks the exact day a missing punch occurred, so you no longer have to open each day to find it. Custom punch warning and restriction messages set by your administrator now appear in the app in English or Spanish, and job costing is enforced when you add hours manually, not just when clocking in and out. We've also improved the consistency of geofenced punches and fixed an issue where questionnaire questions appeared blank on some Android phones and tablets.

We’ve improved manual time entry by adding integrated questionnaires in the Add Time tab, now available on mobile as well. Employees entering time manually will see the same questionnaires used during clock‑in/clock‑out, with all active questions, answer types, and formats supported. Required responses are enforced with existing validation, and questionnaire logic—including conditions, rules, and thresholds—matches the current clock‑in/clock‑out experience, ensuring a consistent and seamless workflow across all platforms.

The update brings several enhancements designed to streamline employee time management. A new warning message now appears whenever punch restrictions are triggered, ensuring greater accuracy and compliance. The clock-out process has been made faster by reducing the long-press duration, saving employees valuable time. Access to notes and comments linked to punch records is now more intuitive, making it easier to review and manage related information. Additionally, employees can approve timesheets via mobile without requiring extra access permissions, simplifying workflows and boosting efficiency.

We’ve made several improvements to enhance your mobile app experience. Duration toggle now correctly allows extra time entries, and employees can remove punches when add/edit is enabled. Edit/Remove options will no longer appear for past pay periods once the approval deadline has passed or the period is closed. The break timer now starts at zero, eliminating the incorrect “1 minute already taken” display. Additionally, lunch messages have been corrected when Quick Punch and Auto-Select Break are enabled, ensuring accurate notifications with Cornerstone integration.

We’ve made several improvements to enhance your mobile app experience. Hours are now calculated correctly across timesheets, and the Clock IN/OUT page no longer shows operation errors. Frozen punches and approval statuses are displayed reliably, while standalone job entries now appear properly in the Pay Period view alongside project-associated jobs. We’ve also resolved the issue that caused the Employment tab to show an “Oops, something went wrong” error, ensuring smoother navigation throughout the app.

We’ve made important updates to improve your mobile timesheet experience. Timesheets can no longer be approved from the mobile app without the proper permissions, ensuring better security and compliance. We’ve also fixed an issue where job codes were not visible in mobile timesheets, so you can now track work more accurately. In addition, the “Add Time” option will be hidden when permissions are disabled, preventing unauthorized entries. As always, we’ve included general bug fixes and performance improvements to keep everything running smoothly.
