The app is so smooth to keep you up to date, best products at the lowest prices. You won’t find any other dispensary like this one. The store vibes are nice all the works there are very professional. The best vibes. If you go somewhere else you will have to pay 3-5 times then you’d get at the ascend dispensaries. And a shoutout to all the employees that work all day to make our visits easier for us. I’d give a 10 Star rating if I was able to

Great Dispensary, So-So App Redesign

I quite like my local branch of this dispensary- they are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. That said, the new app design is very clearly Amazon-inspired in a bad way and is not easy to use. The filters and sorts do not appear to work - no matter if I sort by brand, price, etc., things are in the same order, and filtering down doesn’t always work. There are also now “sponsored” products displayed regardless of my search parameters, which is annoying. On the plus side, the sign in issue seems to have been rectified.

I gave the new app a 3 stars because it’s a little confusing and not working properly . Some ppl are confused with the loyalty point system . It’s states dollars . It’s not dollars it’s POINTS. So $10 is actually ten points I think you all should switch that . Also allow us to decide what points to use cause it’s not working . Everything else is nice looking. Smooth I like it
