This is an excellent application concept. I have identified one issue that may require attention. The toggle switch associated with the “Aircraft based at …” option functions in reverse. Selecting “Yes” results in the arrival and departure dates being swapped. It is possible that the labeling or display logic for the yes/no states is inverted, leading to confusion.

Poor App
Brown over Blue
The app can’t remember anything. After entering all my rewards information and saving after each entry I go in to reserve a room and it wants my rewards number and credit card info. I go back to my account info and it is all gone. The trips that are suppose to load from out company website automatically, nothing assigned to me just everyone else’s. Developer needs a user on his team.

Easier to deal with FBO
GA pilot1
I’ve tried using this for 2 different airport FBOs and none of them pay attention to it. I was told that it gets sent to a third party then to the FBO. Both times I had to call the FBOs directly to coordinate my arrival. I will not be using this anymore until they get it together for what it’s supposed to be intended for. I do not recommend using this app.

We're sorry your arrival requests weren't handled at either FBO. Having to call ahead yourself is exactly what FlightBridge is meant to prevent. Requests get sent directly to the thousands of FBOs who use FlightBridge, and for FBOs that don't use FlightBridge, it goes straight to them to acknowledge via email. If you could, please email support@flightbridge.com or call 404-835-5600 with the FBOs and dates. We'll look into what happened and follow up with those locations.
