Made it very difficult to cancel

I tried this, and it was all AI – nothing. I couldn’t have figured out myself. I very quickly canceled it and got a confirmation email back. I didn’t look at it closely, and it required me to go back and download the app, create an account, manage my account and delete my account. I didn’t even make an account when I tried it out for a few hours. Seems like a way to keep people roped in. Wouldn’t recommend.

Picked this app without better research and lured in by the introductory price. Forgot I had this until it renewed on my card. Reached out to cancel and got an email with links that didn’t work. Finally had to contact my credit card company to dispute.

Charging when not using. I never downloaded the app and went to website to cancel subscription and used the contact info and tried to send an email to cancel and it would not send!
