A cleaner floor-plan export, and a big round of improvements for EPC surveys. • New standard floor-plan page: PDF and PNG exports get a clean, professional layout — title and scan date, the key figures in one row, the plan printed as large as the page allows, dimension chains along every outside wall, and a north arrow with a proper scale bar. Every layer (window numbers, notes, photos, openings, objects, furniture) has its own switch, and the export remembers your choice. • The EPC survey plan gets the same treatment: dimension chains beside the outside walls, wall types coloured across the whole wall, untyped walls dashed instead of pink rings, and window numbers inside their room. • EPC report, reorganised: a summary per building part and storey (floor area, average ceiling height, heat-loss perimeter, party and sheltered walls), then windows, plans, floor-area workings and evidence. Finalise a survey and the report says Final until a figure changes. • Windows: set a window's facing yourself or leave it automatic. The readiness check lists windows without one, and window numbers now sit right beside their window. • Survey evidence opens on a quick-capture grid: tap a category, take or pick a photo, and it is filed to the room at once. Edit the categories, add a one-line note, and photos are numbered in page order with a map link to where they were taken. Optionally keep a copy in your photo library (Settings). • Drawing a missed space, such as a hallway or cupboard, now snaps onto the walls around it. Dividing off an extension can follow a bent line of up to four points, and the smaller half becomes the extension. • A more accurate thermal envelope: walls between scanned rooms that were caught at an angle, and spaces boxed in by scanned rooms, now count as internal.

Two fixes from the field, for EPC assessors. • The plan no longer asks you to classify slivers where room outlines meet — partition ends and small registration jogs are recognised as internal, so a plan can reach fully classified without hunting for 5 cm rings. • Tidy walls now tidies room by room: one room that cannot be corrected safely no longer blocks the rest, and the preview names any room it left alone. Where it cannot help, the message points you to Straighten wall.

A cleaner EPC sheet, built for the assessor. • Perimeter you have not classified yet is marked on the plan and named in the key, so a short stretch is easy to find. • The heat-loss working is set in the plan's colours, and every wall type says whether it counts towards the HLP. • The EPC sheet shows measurements and workings only; checks now live in the editor and the export screen, with one-tap defaults for the storey and Main dwelling. • Window numbers run through the whole property, and the schedule reads number, width, height, orientation. • Clean EPC plan removes objects, furniture and internal doors in one undoable step; Straighten wall folds a wall the scan split into pieces.

Cleaner plans and clearer floor-area workings. • Tidy walls now merges wall sections that the scan split along one straight wall, and the plan shows one measurement per wall. • The EPC export sets out each room's measurements, workings and floor area separately, with lettered corners and one total. • Edit from the 3D view and from the View menu, including on iPad. • A capture without walls asks for a rescan instead of failing silently, and a purchase blocked by Screen Time now says so. • Fixes the 3D view closing the app for some saved scans, and keeps report bookmarks on iOS 27.

More flexible editing for your surveys. • Add and name multiple building parts and extensions. • Choose general measurements or UK/RdSAP calculations, with separate heat-loss perimeters for each part and storey, including sheltered walls. • Switch openings between doors and windows while keeping their measurements. • Preview small wall corrections, apply them and undo them when needed. • Fixes a crash when a corner is dragged onto a neighbouring corner, and makes saving edits faster.
